Duke & Winston now ships Internationally. Orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) and are shipped domestically using UPS Ground within 48 hours of receipt. Please allow 5- 7 business days to receive online orders. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number for your shipment.

In the event that a product is temporarily out of stock, you have the option of being notified once the item is restocked.

If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your Duke & Winston online purchase, we will gladly exchange or fully refund your order, provided that all items are returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached. Online purchases can only be exchanged/refunded within 15 days of original ship date. No returns or exchanges on clearance and sale items.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and customers are responsible for shipping costs on returns.
