Duke & Winston now ships Internationally. Orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) and are shipped domestically using USPS Priority within 48 hours of receipt. Please allow 5 - 7 business days to receive online orders. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number for your shipment.

In the event that a product is temporarily out of stock, you have the option of being notified once the item is restocked.

If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your Duke & Winston online purchase, we will gladly exchange or fully refund your order, provided that all items are returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed. Online purchases can only be exchanged/refunded within 15 days of original ship date. No returns or exchanges on clearance and sale items.

PLEASE NOTE: Original shipping and handling charges are 100% refunded on returns but customers are responsible for shipping costs back to us.
