I ordered this sweatshirt Nov 29th, received a tracking number Dec 19th and my order was never shipped / never arrived. Ive emailed 2x asking what's going on, and have received no response. I got 2 random return request emails?? But never received anything and never asked for a return, just an update. Ive ordered from Duke before and had a great experience. I need an update/resolution before I take this up with my bank.
This arrived late, missed Christmas and with a stain. The word disappointed doesn’t quite do the feeling justice. This is our 5th of your shirts. The quality is massively gone downhill as this honestly feels like it was worn and washed poorly. Our others are years old and still softer than this is new. We have been very vocal and supportive of the brand and this is a huge let down. What’s more, my wife also ordered one and that one is of equally bad quality.
Guys, what happened to you?

According to the tracking information, USPS took approximately one week to deliver it. We sincerely apologize again for any inconvenience, and we appreciate your patience. I have loved everything that I have purchased through Duke & Winston over the years, but the custom sweatshirt has been my favorite. I can't wait to gift it at Christmas!
