I understand that you, at Duke & Winston, had challenges with the manufacturing of your wicker bulldogs. However, you were honest and kept me updated regularly on the issues and potential shipping dates. The anticipation only contributed to the thrill and joy that I experienced when I finally got to open up the ebullient box. Sir Winston did not disappoint. He is as regal and majestic as my two living bullies, Pudge and Pablo. After yelling so loudly in excitement that my husband heard me three rooms away, I discovered that a puppy version was included in the shipment, as well as several patches, stickers and a giant bulldog stamp…plus a gift certificate. WTF (pardon my language), you guys are amazing, incredibly generous and fantastic. What joy you have brought to me. I am incredibly passionate about the bulldog and I have an extensive collection of them. I cannot thank you enough for the generosity of spirit that you all have shown me and I’m sure countless others. What a way to show gratitude, especially in this difficult economy.
