I bought the shirt because it was on sale. I haven’t worn it because my area is in the middle of winter and I haven’t had the need to wear a shirt-sleeve tee shirt yet.
In my order of multiple items, I did not receive the cuff links. I looked everywhere for them in the bag but could not find them. When I initially reached out, I quickly received a response and assured that they were packed. When I went back and looked through all of the items and the bag, I could not find them and let D&W know. I did not receive a response. I then followed-up about a week later about what we could do for this situation and did not receive any response again. I’ve been a long time customer and even frequented their brick & mortar store back in the day, but more than anything else I’m rather disappointed that I have not received a response.
I really wanted the large wicker bulldog but with price point i was skeptical of the quality so I ordered the mini first. Let me tell you this bully is beyond perfection! Quality is top notch and now I cant wait to order the larger size! Thank you very much!

I ordered the wicker bulldog on Dec 29th for my wife's bday on Jan 14th. They didn't drop the item off to UPS until Jan 16. I didn't get it until a month after I ordered. It was listed as in stock when purchased and they are only a couple towns over from me in texas. Nice product but they should have listed realistic shipping expectations.
