Customer update - As a result of on-going financial difficulties, I have not been unable to operate the business over the last month & while facing tough decisions about the future of the business I was not able to ship orders, address customer service issues. I had no other option but to put everything on hold.
I truly apologize for the lack of responses & communication and as I attempt to figure out the best way forward, all operations will remain on hold but I will be on hand to process returns, exchanges, refunds & resolve all other outstanding customer service issues individually. I will be going through all emails, comments & reviews in the next day & will begin reaching out Sunday.
