We are long time duke and Winston customers that have supported the company, and will continue to support. We purchased the belt as a Father’s Day gift…the belt arrived weeks later than expected and did not match photographs on website. We will continue to purchase from duke and Winston but were not totally happy with this experience

Really sorry about the issues with the belt. Production took a little longer than expected & apologise again we missed Father's Day. As for the photo not matching, we shot the sample we recieved for the site so everything should be the same. Will email you directly to figure that out. Will also refund you if you werent already & salso end you a gift card for the bad experience. Thanks for being willing to stick with us!!
