Large Spelter Bulldog Sculpture. The piece is discounted as it has a visible repaired crack on one of the front legs (see last two photos). 

This resembles a piece by Franz Xavier Bergman, the most famous of the Viennese cold-painted bronze artist but is a clear spelter reproduction.
