After the first time wearing the sweatshirt I washed it inside out on a gentle cycle and hung it to air dry. It’s still already starting to pill terribly, which is disappointing. But the fit and design are cute - expected better quality for the price.
Hi Farra, Very sorry about the issue with the sweatshirt. This is not a typical thing to happen as we've been using the same sweatshirts for years and rarely had any feedback about pilling. This may be a one off so happy to send you a replacement. Apologies again & glad you liked the design at least :) Will also email you to see if you'd like another one.
