A repurposed trinket box from an antique German tape measure.

Top - Features a detailed bulldog in brass done in relief style with glass eyes. very detailed and beautiful. The top has a opening on the side that would have allowed for a tape measure to be pulled out. 
Base - A new base is attached and looks to be part of a old vintage makeup base. they fit together but were not meant to be together so the fit is not perfect. and the slot on the tops is still present.
